Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer to define objectives, scope, and deliverables of various projects.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved.
  • Create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure that project deliverables are completed within specified timeframes.
  • Ensure that allocated resources (such as personnel, budget, and equipment) achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate team members, contractors, and other stakeholders who are not direct reportees of the Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the CEO, team members, and other relevant parties.
  • Proactively address obstacles and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide strategic support in ensuring successful implementation of the multilateral projects.
  • Work closely with the Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders to drive the strategic objectives of the company in line with national priorities.
Requirements
  • Relevant commercial or technical degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work independently (without a team).

  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Documentation skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
