Are you an experienced Foreman ready to take charge of premium residential and commercial projects? Our client, a well-established construction firm, is seeking a hands‑on, tech‑savvy Site Foreman with a proven track record in high‑end builds.

What You’ll Be Doing

• ️ Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish
• ️ Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers
• ️ Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• ️ Managing site safety, inspections, and regulatory compliance
• ️ Reading and interpreting building plans
• ️ Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate)

What You’ll Need

• ️ 10+ years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role
• ️ Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)
• ️ Must be computer literate (emails, spreadsheets, site reports)
• ️ Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

National Diploma in Construction Management / Building

NQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA‑accredited)
