Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Compliance / AML/CFT roles within a regulated financial services business.
• Willingness to work towards relevant compliance qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting CDD processes for the team.
• Manage CDD team compliance with internal policies.
• Allocate work to team members efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and communicate delays.
• Guide junior members and facilitate training.
• Participate in CDD-related meetings and communicate changes.

Skills

Knowledge of Financial Services Law 1998

Knowledge of Jersey Anti-Money Laundering legislation

Excellent communication skills

Well organized

Proactive and self-motivated

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
