Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in compliance or AML roles within financial services.
• Willingness to undertake necessary training if lacking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CDD team and ensure compliance with policies.
• Guide and coach junior team members.
• Identify and suggest improvements in processes.
