- Lead, mentor and develop depot managers and commercial teams to deliver regional targets.
- Drive B2C and bulk sales growth through market expansion, pricing and distribution optimization.
- Own stock management, inventory rotation and regional allocations to match demand with opportunity.
- Analyze profitability and implement initiatives to improve margin and EBITDA.
- Embed operational efficiencies, compliance and excellent customer service.
- Degree or diploma
- 10+ years in a results-driven commercial / sales leadership role.
- Direct experience selling timber or closely related wood/board products. Other building material products will also be considered.
- Proven track record in growing B2C channels and developing new markets.
- Strong commercial & financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Leadership experience with a hands-on, results-oriented approach and a safety-first mindset.
