A leading technology firm in South Africa is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team. This role, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, involves overseeing day-to-day commercial activities, providing contractual support to sales and various business units, and ensuring compliance with frameworks in the UK public sector. Ideal candidates will have a background in contract management, excellent analytical skills, and at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing commercial role within IT or a related field.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team, within the Chief Commercial Officer’s reporting line.
This is a key role to ensure both Trustmarque and Ultima (“the Group”) provides commercial contractual support to Sales and wider business units stakeholders.
The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day commercial activities and action requests for contractual support as they arise, including NDA, MSA / PSA, SOW etc creation, review, and client negotiation. This will include, but not be limited to, support for bids and contracts made under the UK public sector frameworks that the Group transact through. The successful candidate will have a background in contract management, process optimisation, and preferably an understanding of UK public sector frameworks relevant to the Group.
