Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years proven maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and plant equipment.
• Proven experience managing maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative and reactive maintenance within the club.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes.
• Manage all utility consumption and investigate high usage.
