A Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for driving and managing activities that support managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. They also monitor, automate, and optimize cloud systems and services, collaborating with development and engineering teams. They respond to and resolve cloud-related incidents and requests, perform regular system maintenance and updates, and ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Additionally, they provide 24/7 support for cloud operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
