Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a hardworking, charismatic individual who can demonstrate excellent customer experience and manage property transactions through at an incomparable pace.

This is not a sales role, we are looking for someone who can guide a client through the process and workflows of the property transaction.

As a Property Moving Assistant you will be responsible for the project management of all tasks related to property sales to ensure fast completion. You will need to be an efficient problem solver to identify and resolve any barriers and an effective communicator with all stakeholders within the process, including buyer/sellers, lawyers, and other parties. You are the conduit for the entire process, taking full ownership and working proactively to overcome any blockers.

The individual will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships between Mortgage Initiators, Client Services and external partners such as Lenders, Lawyers and Estate Agents
  • Provide an outstanding and efficient service to our clients by managing their expectations and keeping them up to date on the progress of their applications
  • Managing all tasks related to property sales, including buyer / seller, lawyers, mortgage initiators and other parties
  • Liase with Lenders, lawyers and clients to ensure you can progress mortgage applications as efficiently as possible
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting data
  • You will have the opportunity to position OneDome’s core products, the Home Buyer Service and OneDome Remo
Person Specification
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. Client satisfaction is your passion
  • Able to manage a high volume of actions
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, lawyers and stakeholders.
  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Thrive in a high pressured, fast paced environment
  • Be able to complete work to a high standard within agreed service standards
  • Professional with an excellent telephone manner
  • Confident to deal with clients and the ability to provide a great service at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R17 000,00 - R19 000,00 per month

Education:

  • Tertiary qualification

Experience:

  • Customer facing: 5 years (Required)
  • Administrative responsibilities 2 years (required)
  • Property/Real Estate/Mortgage Industry Experience advantageous
