Qualifications

  • Shift-working experience in a Call Centre environment.
  • Experience in banking or hospitality sector preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily operations covering inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure service quality.
  • Engage in training and risk management protocols.
