We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg South South Africa. As a Clerk you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our operations, including maintaining accurate records, organizing and filing documents, and providing general office support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of company documents including contracts, invoices and employee records
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos and emails
  • Process and track invoices and expenses
  • Assist with data entry and data management tasks
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
