Business Performance Leader As a seasoned Business Performance Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial trajectory.

Drive Strategic Financial Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Lead Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Optimize Cash Flow : Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational and strategic needs, while minimizing risk.

Cost Efficiency Expert : Analyze cost structures and implement initiatives to drive efficiency without compromising performance or quality.

Financial Policy Enforcer : Maintain and enforce documented financial policies across procurement, revenue recognition, credit control, fixed assets, reconciliations, and delegations of authority.

Tax Compliance Specialist : Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, EMP, CIT), and manage audits from end to end.

Strategic Decision Maker : Support business decisions through detailed financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessment.
