Rand Water Services, a subsidiary company of Rand Water is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. The role will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all financial, risk, and supply chain functions to ensure the financial sustainability of Rand Water Services. The role requires accountable stewardship of resources, fair and equitable allocation of budgets, transparent reporting, efficient financial management, and strict adherence to compliance and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Desired: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent mandatory. Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Leadership is advantageous.
- Minimum: 10+ years’ senior-level financial management experience, preferably in utilities, infrastructure, or public sector.
- Proven track record to lead with fairness, transparency, and accountability in finance.

- Coordinate executive-level engagements on governance, audit, and compliance matters.
