Overview

We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA ).
• Master’s in finance, Strategy, or Industrial Economics advantageous.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years at executive or Group level.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in textiles, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in turnaround, cost reduction, and strategic transformation.
• Strong command of cashflow management, unit costing, margin optimization, and ERP systems (e.g., Syspro, Sage, SAP).
• Experience in raising or managing structured debt, development capital, or investor reporting.
