This encompasses managing asset data, ensuring regulatory compliance, applying engineering principles for asset optimization, and leading teams to ensure top-tier performance over the lifecycle of assets.
Develop and lead the organization's asset management strategy, aligning it with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
Integrate asset management plans with strategic business initiatives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee lifecycle planning (acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal) to maximize asset utilization and minimize costs.
Foster a culture of proactive asset care, encouraging continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
Coordinate team scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to contracted services, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Lead and manage technicians and action teams to site, providing guidance on testing, engineering, cleaning, and contractually agreed tasks.
Apply advanced engineering principles (mechanical, civil, electrical, etc.) to evaluate and improve asset performance, driving cost savings and process efficiencies.
Ensure robust engineering standards are integrated into asset management systems and consistently maintained to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
Investigate root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives for failures or underperformance, minimizing downtime and maximizing asset availability.
Manage and direct technicians and action teams to site, providing expert guidance on testing, engineering, cleaning, and contractual obligations.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Project Management, with additional qualifications in Asset Management being highly beneficial.
Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in asset management, engineering, or operations leadership, showcasing a proven track record in strategic planning and lifecycle asset management.
Hold strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance, and reliability, with proficiency in asset management systems and tools.
Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and achieve strategic objectives.
Monitor and optimize asset availability and reliability, maintaining peak performance levels.
