Purpose of the Job: To implement and manage all QC and formulation aspects regarding production, ensuring the legal conformity of activities; and that product registrations are aligned with the Technical Manager with regards to the business strategy of the company.

Responsibilities

• Show technical support to field salespeople and develop a good rapport with the customer base.
• Plan, organise, and manage experiments regarding new and improved product formulations.
• Schedule and execute product-related projects in line with company strategic initiatives.
• Suggest any improvements on formulations, processes, products, or new research lines.

Required Qualifications

• BSc Degree Chemistry.

Technical Competencies & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years working/researching experience in the chemistry and/or agriculture industry.
