A security services firm in Gauteng seeks a Control Room Manager responsible for overseeing personnel, maintaining incident registers, and ensuring discipline. Candidates must have at least 3 years of security industry experience, Grade 12, and Grade C PSIRA accreditation. Additional attributes include strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Preference will be given to existing employees and historically disadvantaged candidates.
The overall purpose of this position is basic control room duties including Managing of staff.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
