Candidate Resourcer

We are a thriving and well-established recruitment consultancy currently looking to add an experienced Candidate Resourcer to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, sourcing high-quality talent, and playing a key role in successful placements.

The Role

As a Candidate Resourcer, you will support a team of consultants by identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across live vacancies. You will be a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring you fully understand their career goals and align them with suitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and referrals
  • Proactively approach and engage candidates through calls, messages and social platforms
  • Conduct in-depth candidate conversations to understand experience, motivations and career objectives
  • Match and align candidates accurately with current live vacancies
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Support consultants with shortlisting, interview coordination and feedback
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate candidate information
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Candidate Resourcer or in a recruitment support role
  • Strong ability to engage candidates and build rapport over the phone and online
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach
  • Engineering recruitment experience (civil, structural, M&E, or related disciplines) would be a strong advantage
  • A genuine interest in helping candidates find the right role
