Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
  • Attend court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and settlement conferences, to observe and assist senior attorneys.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate case activities.
  • Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and evidence for litigation proceedings.
  • Assist with case management tasks, including file organization, document management, and maintaining case calendars and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for litigation proceedings.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • LLB degree from a recognized institution.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
