Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with legal research, case analysis, and drafting legal documents.
• Attend court proceedings, client consultations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with procedural rules.
• Manage and maintain legal files, including case documentation and evidence.
• Conduct due diligence and background research.
• Draft reports, summaries, and legal opinions.
• Liaise with clients and opposing counsel professionally.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation.
• Continuously update knowledge of legal developments.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
