🎯 What You’ll Do
  • You’ll play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and transforming market insights that power fan engagement strategies across international sporting events and gaming platforms.
  • Research and analyze global sports & gaming trends
  • Translate data into actionable insights for marketing strategies
  • Work closely with CRM, Data & Analytics, Product Marketing, MarTech, Digital Media, and external agencies
  • Help optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns and fan engagement initiatives
  • Support the execution of outbound CRM and digital communication programs
  • Contribute to major, high‑visibility campaigns that reach fans across continents

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in marketing, analytics, or similar roles
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Bonus: Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging, Movable Ink, Attentive
  • Experience with enterprise‑level marketing automation platforms
  • Adobe AEP, AJO, CJA, Campaign or Marketo
  • SFMC also considered
  • HTML editing skills for template adjustments
  • Strong understanding of channel performance metrics and reportingProficiency in Photoshop
  • A passion for international sport, gaming, and fan engagement
