UTTR is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to support the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are launched on time, within scope, and optimized for success.

You'll gain hands‑on experience working across a diverse range of B2B businesses and play a key role in supporting campaign execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Assist in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads and more.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, identify issues during execution and work with the team to optimize campaigns in real‑time.
  • Data Management: Support data entry, management and reporting for campaigns; gather and analyze data to improve performance.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, revops and client teams to deliver campaign materials on time and ensure assets are correctly implemented across channels.
  • Project Tracking: Track progress of projects, ensure deadlines are met and keep stakeholders updated on timelines.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience or Education in Marketing: background in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Some experience in campaign management or digital marketing (internships, coursework or prior roles) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail: highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks without missing critical items.
  • Technical Skills: familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and analytics tools.
  • Communication Skills: clearly and effectively communicate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: comfortable working with data, tracking metrics and understanding campaign performance.
  • Proactive & eager to learn: a self‑starter ready to take on new tasks, learn on the job and contribute to marketing success.
