This senior, permanent role reports directly to the CEO and offers significant autonomy to shape commercial strategy. You'll manage one direct report, with scope to grow the team as the business scales.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field
  • 8+ years' business development experience in energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Track record of sourcing clients, building pipelines, and closing large deals
  • Strong knowledge of LNG market dynamics in South Africa
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
