Job description
Key Performance Areas
  • Design business architecture models that accurately reflect the reality whilst adhering to the business architecture meta-model and standards.
  • Guide usage of business architecture modelling techniques.
  • Develop and maintain business architecture standards and guidelines.
  • Integrate business architecture with other domain architectures.
Deliver end-to-end Business Architecture Blueprint
  • Collaborate on technical reviews of applications to assess the quality of their solutions.
  • Develop different process streams and business domain mappings.
  • Establish business architecture capability (CoE).
  • Assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and business architectural artifact and articulate their collective relevance to the organisation.
  • Gather and evaluates industry data.
Policy Review and Implementation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policy, standards and procedures and processes.
  • Keep up to date with effective policy and practice execution strategies.
Reporting
  • Ensure thorough preparation and prompt submission of all regulatory reports.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates outlining the progress of implementing operational plans for Business Architecture initiatives.
  • Report on the effectiveness of the agile delivery and possible improvements.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate on technical reviews of models to assess the quality of their solution.
  • Facilitate and manage communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders in relation to investments and proactively and progressively manage the relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree / Advanced Diploma in Information Systems related qualification.
  • TOGAF Certification.
  • Relevant 5 - 7 years experience in Business Architecture related environment.
