1. Conduct requirements-gathering activities with clients
2. Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements

Job Requirements

1. Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability, as demonstrated by relevant experience and/or a bachelor's/ master"s Degree in IT or equivalent.
2. Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution.
3. Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
4. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
6. Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
7. Adaptable to a dynamic project portfolio, able to work across teams and functions.
8. A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
9. Experience in working with in-house development teams and vendors.
10. Experience in deployment and supporting insurance systems
