Overview
G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Team Leader : HR Processing based at our operations in Centurion, reporting to the Human Resources Director. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates, but SA citizens will have a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Analysing results to drive efficiencies, formulating forecasts and financial reports, and supporting the Financial Controller
- Auditing & Controls: Liaising with auditors, providing feedback on discrepancies, managing action plans for audit findings, and developing / implementing / monitoring financial controls.
- Revenue and profitability: Analyzing customer contract and route profitability, controlling revenue streams, and providing analysis for price increases.
- Reporting and Analysis: Preparing various monthly and ad-hoc reports (e.g., revenue, group reporting, GL reports, management accounts), conducting variance analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Costing for Tenders / Bids / Quotes: Acting as a liaison with sales / bid teams, investigating cost-saving initiatives for tenders, and providing feedback to the sales director.
- Health and Safety: Participating in safety plans and forums, reporting and discussing incidents, and complying with safety policies.
Qualifications
- B Comm Degree
- CA (SA) is advantageous
- 2 to 5 years management accounting experience
- Knowledge of financial principles, controls, audit standards and reconciliations
- Desired skills include advanced Excel, analytical skills, working with complexity and driving change
