A leading consulting firm in Centurion is looking for a Business Process Analyst to identify existing business processes, develop organization-wide process maps, and produce reports with recommendations. Candidates should have relevant certifications in business process analysis and enterprise architecture. This role contributes significantly to capacity building through training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identification and Assessment of Existing Business Processes
• Capacity Building (Skills Transfer Plan and Training)
• Develop an organization-wide current and To-be business process map
• Produce a report with findings and recommendations
• Develop an implementation plan for the implementation of the BPR.

Education

Team Lead/ Practitioner's Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA)

Diploma in Business Analysis

Enterprise Architecture Certification (i TOGAF or Zachman or Certified Enterprise Architect)
