Role Description

This is a contract position for a Business Analyst, located on-site in Cape Town.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating reports, and supporting stakeholders in project planning and implementation.

Daily tasks include conducting detailed research, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs, and managing project documentation to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The role demands excellent communication skills for liaising with technical and non‑technical members of the team to bridge gaps and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, and Requirement Gathering
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and Creating Reports using analytical tools
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and critical‑thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working with project teams and understanding of project management principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
