As the Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of our store, leading a team of dedicated professionals to success.

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing daily operations to ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales to new heights.

Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of 15+ staff towards maximum performance.

Drive branch turnover through strategic planning and execution.

Manage daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff management.

Analyze sales data to forecast trends and make informed decisions.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handle customer complaints and maintain the store's reputation for excellence.

Implement in-store promotional events and displays to drive sales.

Manage periodic stock counts and minimize losses and damages.

Oversee financial administration and budget management.

Desired Experience & Qualification National Diploma / Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

5 to 6 years of experience in a retail management or managerial role.

Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite and Retail Management Systems.

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative team player, with a track record of success.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
