Overview

My established client in Maitland is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and financial planning. Should you have extensive experience with Sage Pastel, immediately available, have your own transport and able to work irregular hours we’d like to hear from you.

Duties

• Record daily financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements
• Process AP and AR
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
• Support audits, financial reviews and budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
