Qualifications

• Solid full-function bookkeeping experience with high accuracy under volume.

Overview

Bookkeeper (Full-Function) - Cape Town (On-site) - Start ASAP

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Bookkeeper to support a busy finance function in Cape Town CBD (on-site). If you’re meticulous, hands-on, and comfortable with volume, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Manage full books to Trial Balance, debtors & creditors (collections, payments, recons)


• Handle VAT & PAYE filings (EMP201/EMP501) and support wages & salaries administration


• Process invoicing, credit-card captures/recons, and maintain loan accounts


• Work across two entities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding payments and keep accounts tight

What you’ll bring

• Solid full-function bookkeeping experience with high accuracy under volume


• Confidence in QuickBooks (preferred), Sage Payroll, and SARS platforms


• Strong Excel/Word/email skills; organised and detail-oriented


• Cape Town-based and able to be on-site
