Job summary

An established FMCG business in Cape Town is seeking a driven Field Sales Operations Representative to enhance sales and manage field teams. The role requires building strong customer relationships across coastal regions while achieving sales targets and maintaining product visibility. Ideal candidates should be bilingual in English and Afrikaans, possess 3–5 years of sales experience, and hold a valid driver's license. A tertiary qualification and experience with SAP are advantageous. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Call on retail stores to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage merchandising and field sales teams.
