Duties & Responsibilities

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, management, and clients.
• Problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Experience in cost control, managing materials, and reducing wastage.
• Basic understanding of supply chain management and supplier coordination.
• In‑depth understanding of concrete batching processes, mix designs, and equipment operation.
• Experience implementing and monitoring quality control standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Familiarity with batching software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of plant safety procedures and regulations.
