Role Overview

As a Barista at Askies, you’ll be the face of our brand, crafting exceptional coffee and ensuring every customer feels welcome. You’ll prepare drinks with precision, keep the workspace clean and efficient, and bring positive energy to our team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks according to our recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Handle POS transactions accurately.
