Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Attendant with day-to-day bar operations Refill stock (beverages ice garnishes glassware and snacks) during service
• Wash and polish glasses and ensure bar counters and service areas are clean at all times
• Ensure fridges shelves and storage areas are neatly organised and adequately stocked
• Assist with bar setup before service and closing/clean-down after service
• Clear and remove used glassware and crockery from bar counters and service areas
• Follow hygiene safety and food-handling standards in line with Tsebo policies
• Handle basic customer requests in a professional manner and refer complex queries to the Bar Attendant or Supervisor
• Report any shortages breakages or maintenance issues promptly
• Provide general support to the wider catering/front-of-house team when required
