Job summary

A leading company in automotive manufacturing near La Mercy seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee production activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a supervisory role within the automotive industry, along with a relevant degree or diploma. An understanding of safety protocols, ISO standards, and production processes is essential. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a Production Supervisory role in Automotive or Manufacturing.
  • Basic understanding of equipment maintenance requirements and reporting issues.
  • Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and equipment operation licenses.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise all daily production operations.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met within specified times.
  • Monitor and control the efficiency and output of all stamping parts.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise employees and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Skills

Basic business and financial acumen
Knowledge of Microsoft applications
Intermediate Excel
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Familiarity with safety protocols
Proficient in generating production reports
Good understanding of relevant machinery
Basic understanding of equipment maintenance
