An established organisation in the automotive sector is seeking a dynamic Information & Liaison Officer to support customer interactions and provide advice based on the Consumer Protection Act. The ideal candidate will have Grade 12, call centre experience, and proficiency in English as well as one additional South African language. Qualifications

• Previous call centre experience is essential.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act is advantageous.
• Proven call centre experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone enquiries and follow-ups on current cases.
• Update and maintain the complaints management system.
• Provide telephonic advice on the Consumer Protection Act.
• Liaise effectively with internal staff across all levels.

Skills

Fluency in additional South African languages

Strong computer literacy

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Grade 12 (Matric)
