Department

You will be part of the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions and mining team. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and different challenges.



Your responsibilities


  • Operate and support polyurethane casting operations, including machine setup, mixing, pouring, de-moulding, post-curing, fettling, and storage of finished products.

  • Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and product specifications to ensure correct manufacturing.

  • Use appropriate measuring equipment, tools, and consumables to meet quality and production requirements.

  • Operate polyurethane casting machines and related equipment, including grinders, drills, and hand tools.

  • Inspect finished products against drawings and samples to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

  • Perform basic equipment maintenance, quality checks, and attend to breakdown-related work.

  • Maintain accurate records of scrap, dispose of waste correctly, and report quality or process issues to the supervisor.

  • Plan work activities to meet production timelines and delivery targets.

  • Maintain a clean, organised work area and care for company equipment and facilities.

  • Comply with company procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SHEQ standards, and all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct risk assessments, participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings, and promote a safe working environment.

  • Assist with training and support of apprentices or other team members when required.



What you bring


  • Grade 12 or N3 qualification.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude with an interest in manufacturing or workshop work.

  • Ability to read basic measurements and simple drawings.

  • Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to follow instructions.

  • Able to work well as part of a team.

  • Will ingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
