As Assistant Banqueting Manager, you will support the planning, setup, and execution of all banqueting and event functions, ensuring seamless operations from preparation to post‑event wrap‑up. You will supervise and coordinate banqueting staff, manage stock and resources, and act as a key point of contact on the day of events to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring, while maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards. Develop exposure to strategic planning, client liaison, and overall operational leadership.
