The successful candidate will be a technically strong professional with a civil engineering background, excellent problem-solving ability, and a passion for training and customer engagement. They will act as a key link between the company’s technical, sales, and R&D teams, ensuring high-quality technical support and knowledge transfer to customers, distributors, and applicators.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
  • Proven experience in technical support, product training, and application engineering within the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong background in QA/QC inspections, specifications writing, and customer technical support.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs (internal and external).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for site support, customer training, and trade events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Author and review project-specific system specifications.
  • Conduct QA/QC inspections and provide on-site technical support.
  • Develop and launch Approved Applicator Training Programs.
  • Deliver technical and practical training on waterproofing, adhesives, construction, and consumer products.
  • Organize and manage monthly public training seminars and product onboarding.
  • Support distributors through trade events, seminars, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with global R&D teams on product development and localization.
  • Manage product and project-specific sample manufacturing.
  • Provide internal technical support, assisting with customer complaints and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and improve product performance while supporting quality and operations teams
