The Agricultural and Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's agricultural implement manufacturing operations and business activities.

Minimum Requirements
  • TS – Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agricultural Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in agricultural implement manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of farm machinery, design, and fabrication process.
  • Proven experience in client engagement, product development, and business management.
  • Familiarity with ISO , ISO , and manufacturing quality systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of technical drawing or CAD design.
