You will guide junior staff and be an important contact person for the client.
For IT Audit and Third-Party Assurance (e.g., ISAE, SOC) projects you will test design, implementation and operating effectiveness for relevant controls in the system.
In your report you will give your client solid, risk‑aligned advice that matches organisational risks, people and work ethic.
Related projects vary from small‑scale engagements to long‑term IT Audit and Third‑Party Assurance projects.
You will have the opportunity to work on audit and advisory assignments, gaining diverse experiences and learning opportunities.
Your responsibilities will increase rapidly as the learning curve is steep.
A completed university degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Accounting.
Favourable if you have obtained professional certifications or passed the examinations for CISA or CIA.
A completed university degree at master's level will be advantageous.
5-6 years of experience in performing IT audits and risk assessment assignments.
Strong understanding of complex business and IT processes, and their related risks.
Competency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is an added advantage.
Ability to evaluate IT internal controls and identify opportunities for controls improvement.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Beneficial with experience / accreditation of PCAOB.
Ability to multi‑task and possess effective time‑management skills.
Ability to produce high‑quality work deliverables on a timely basis.
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
Excellent written English and interpersonal skills; a team player, communicator, and self‑starter.
Knowledge of IT standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO, COBIT, and NIST.
