Job summary

A growing technology-driven organization based in Queenswood, Pretoria is seeking a highly organized Administrative Officer. This full-time, office-based position involves responsibilities such as the registration of service providers and users, management of clinical data, training staff on software platforms, and providing general administrative support. Job description

A growing technology-driven organisation based in Queenswood, Pretoria is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join their team. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working in a systems-based, digital environment, supporting the implementation and administration of newly developed software platforms. The starting date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration of service providers on newly developed, in-house software platforms
  • Registration of users and patients on newly developed, in-house software platforms
  • Accurate capturing and management of clinical and operational data
  • Issuing of system authorisations and access permissions
  • Structuring and recording registered users into relevant departments and roles within the system
  • Providing training and guidance to staff at new institutions on how to set up and manage their own system accounts
  • Reconciliation of accounts and system-related financial records
  • General administrative support within a technology-focused environment
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a technology, health-tech, or systems-driven environment
  • Basic accounting / financial reconciliation knowledge
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence in learning new software systems
  • High attention to detail with strong data-capturing accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
Working Hours

Full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: Depending on experience
