IZI South Africa is a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Clerk to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth.

Main Purpose Of The Role

As an Admin Clerk, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies and procedures. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining system accuracy and driving continuous improvement to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing purchase orders promptly and accurately
  • Managing consumables control and placing orders as required
  • Conducting monthly stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Responding efficiently to customer queries
  • Packing and recording consumables with attention to detail
  • Addressing all client enquiries related to consumables
  • Preparing and distributing weekly and monthly reports
  • Organising and filing paperwork systematically
Health And Safety Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the design, development, review, implementation, and monitoring of departmental safety plans annually
  • Participating actively in company safety forums, including meetings and talks
  • Reporting all safety incidents promptly to relevant personnel
  • Discussing safety incidents and following up on assigned actions
  • Attending safety education sessions and refresher programmes
  • Adhering strictly to workplace safety policies and procedures
  • Distributing safety information as required
  • Wearing appropriate protective clothing at all times
Required Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Familiarity with cash management processes and systems is advantageous
