Vacancy: ACCOUNTS & CREDIT CONTROLLER

Area: Mbombela/Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

Experience required

• 8+ years’ experience as Accounts Controller
• Strong experience as Credit Controller
• Timely collection of outstanding debts
• Ensuring bad debts are minimized
• Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Professional and diplomatic approach in dealing with patients
• Contact clients to ensure timely payments
• Resolve payment disputes and escalate unresolved issues
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure adherence
• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on discrepancies
• Allocate payments accurately against customer accounts
• Resolve accoount queries
• Debtors’ and month-end reports
• Own vehicle and driver’s license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Must be a nonsmoker
