Responsibilities

• Manage the debtors, creditors, and payroll teams to ensure efficiency and discipline.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and statutory returns.
• Support the Financial Director with budgets, forecasts, Capex, and cash flow.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and claims, while meeting strict reporting deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with staff, other departments, banks, and external parties.
• Develop financial policies, motivate staff, and assist with quotations and tenders.

Requirements

• Qualified PA(SA) or AGA with 1+ years of post article experience.
• Proven ability to implement and enhance internal control systems.
• Proficient working with Excel and ERP systems.
