Our client in the Office Automation space is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and support a small team of account executives or sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential customer bases.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g. finance, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and brand values.
Key Requirements:
