This position is a contract-to-permanent position depending on the candidate's full commitment, hard-work and meeting KPI's performance.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join the team, responsible for managing and growing existing client's relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals
  • Coordinate with creative teams to deliver high quality work
  • Monitor and report on campaign progress, providing insights and recommendations
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell or cross sell services
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to the business
  • Will also work on a Live Dashboard
  • Checking all external communications before they're sent out
Skills
  • Proven experience in PR and communications – with marketing experience a bonus
  • PR agency experience a must
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective PR solutions
