A cleaning service provider in South Africa is seeking a proactive Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of telesales experience and strong communication skills. Duties include converting leads into bookings and maintaining client relationships. This remote position offers an earning potential of R25,000 monthly, along with 40 days of paid leave annually.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2C sales environment, enjoys engaging with warm leads, and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient, with a knack for overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the sales cycle. Prior experience working remotely and within a cleaning agency is highly desirable.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a proven ability to close deals.
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
