The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management or lease accounting. Responsibilities include refining contract management processes, implementing systems, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software. Qualifications

• Prior experience in fleet management or extensive knowledge of lease accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine existing processes related to contract management.
• Implement relevant processes in the selected contract management system.
• Create reconciliations to ensure data accuracy between the fleet system and general ledger.
• Establish monthly billing processes and define receipt matching procedures.
